پیاسا کوا ایک ایسی مشہور کہانی ہے جو صدیوں سے بچوں کو سنائی جا رہی ہے۔ یہ کہانی نہ صرف ایک پرندے کی پیاس بجھانے کی جدوجہد بیان کرتی ہے بلکہ عقل، محنت اور صبر کی طاقت کا بھی درس دیتی ہے۔ پیاسا کوا اپنی کوشش سے ثابت کرتا ہے کہ عقل اور ہمت کبھی ضائع نہیں جاتی۔

سخت گرمی کا دن

ایک دن کی بات ہے، جب گرمی اپنے عروج پر تھی۔ دھوپ تیز تھی اور ہوائیں گرم سانسوں کی طرح چل رہی تھیں۔ زمین تپ کر آگ بنی ہوئی تھی۔ درختوں کے پتے سوکھ چکے تھے، پرندے تھکے ہارے سایہ ڈھونڈ رہے تھے۔ انہی میں ایک پیاسا کوا بھی تھا، جو اڑتے اڑتے بے حال ہو چکا تھا۔

وہ آسمان کی طرف دیکھ کر بولا:
 “یا اللہ! مجھے تھوڑا سا پانی دے دے۔ میری جان پیاس سے ختم ہونے والی ہے۔”

پانی کی تلاش اور ناکامی

کوا کبھی ایک طرف اڑتا تو کبھی دوسری طرف۔ ایک چھوٹے تالاب پر پہنچا تو وہ سوکھ چکا تھا۔ ایک ندی کی طرف گیا تو وہاں بھی ریت کے سوا کچھ نہ ملا۔ اس کی چونچ خشک ہو گئی تھی اور پر گرمی سے جھلس رہے تھے۔

مایوسی کے عالم میں وہ بولا:
 “کیا واقعی آج میری جان چلی جائے گی؟ کیا مجھے کہیں پانی نہیں ملے گا؟”

گھڑے کا دکھائی دینا

کچھ ہی فاصلے پر اچانک اسے ایک پرانا گھڑا نظر آیا۔ سورج کی روشنی اس پر پڑ رہی تھی اور گھڑا دور سے ہی چمکتا دکھائی دے رہا تھا۔ کوا خوشی سے پھدک کر وہاں پہنچا اور بولا:
 “آخرکار پانی مل ہی گیا!”

لیکن جب اس نے گھڑے کے اندر جھانکا تو اس کی خوشی مایوسی میں بدل گئی۔ گھڑے میں پانی تو تھا مگر اتنا نیچے کہ اس کی چونچ وہاں تک پہنچ ہی نہیں سکتی تھی۔

عقل کا استعمال

کوا کچھ دیر سوچتا رہا۔ اگر وہ ہمت ہار دیتا تو پیاس سے مر جاتا، لیکن وہ جانتا تھا کہ ہمت نہ ہارنے کا نام ہی زندگی ہے۔ اچانک اس نے زمین پر پڑے چھوٹے چھوٹے کنکر دیکھے۔

وہ خوشی سے بولا:
 “واہ! یہ تو کمال کا حل ہے۔ اگر میں یہ کنکر گھڑے میں ڈالوں تو پانی اوپر آ جائے گا اور میں آسانی سے پی سکوں گا۔”

محنت اور کوشش

کوا فوراً چونچ میں ایک کنکر اٹھا کر گھڑے میں ڈالنے لگا۔ پھر دوسرا، تیسرا اور چوتھا… ہر کنکر کے ساتھ پانی تھوڑا سا اوپر آتا۔ گرمی کے باوجود وہ لگا رہا۔ اس کی سانس پھول گئی تھی مگر اس نے ہمت نہیں چھوڑی۔

وہ بار بار اپنے آپ سے کہتا:
 “میں ہمت نہیں ہاروں گا۔ عقل اور محنت ہی میرا سہارا ہیں۔”

کامیابی کی خوشی

کافی دیر بعد گھڑے میں پانی کنارے تک آ گیا۔ پیاسا کوا خوشی سے چہکنے لگا۔ اس نے چونچ گھڑے میں ڈالی اور ٹھنڈا میٹھا پانی پیا۔ اس کی جان میں جان آ گئی۔ اب وہ پھر سے طاقتور اور پرجوش تھا۔

کوا آسمان کی طرف دیکھ کر بولا:
 “شکر ہے اللہ کا، اور شکر ہے اس عقل کا جو اس نے مجھے دی۔ ہمت کبھی رائیگاں نہیں جاتی۔”

سبق

پیاسا کوا کی کہانی ہمیں یہ سکھاتی ہے کہ:

مشکل وقت میں گھبرانے کے بجائے عقل سے کام لینا چاہیے۔        * 

 

محنت اور صبر ہمیشہ کامیابی دلاتے ہی      * 

 

جو شخص ہمت نہیں ہارتا، وہ کبھی ناکام نہیں ہوتا۔     *

ایک گاؤں میں اکرم نام کا آدمی رہتا تھا۔ وہ نہ صرف لالچی تھا بلکہ دوسروں کا حق بھی کھا لیتا تھا۔ جب بھی کوئی غریب اس کے پاس مدد کے لیے آتا تو وہ انکار کر دیتا۔ بچے کھیلتے ہوئے اس کے پاس جاتے تو وہ انہیں ڈانٹ کر بھگا دیتا۔ اس کے رویے سے پورا گاؤں تنگ آ چکا تھا۔ لوگ اکثر کہتے:
 “اکرم! اللہ سے ڈرو، یہ ظلم اور لالچ تم پر لعنت لائے گا۔”
 مگر اکرم ہنستا اور کہتا:
 “لعنت اور برکت سب جھوٹ ہے، جو مالدار ہے وہی طاقتور ہے۔“

لعنت کی شروعات

ایک دن اکرم نے ایک یتیم بچے کی زمین ہتھیار لی۔ اس کی ماں نے آسمان کی طرف ہاتھ اٹھا کر کہا:
 “اے اللہ! جو میرا حق کھا گیا، اس پر تیری لعنت ہو۔“
 یہ الفاظ سن کر پورے گاؤں میں خاموشی چھا گئی۔ سب جانتے تھے کہ ماں کی بددعا خالی نہیں جاتی۔ مگر اکرم پھر بھی غرور میں ڈوبا رہا اور ہنستا رہا۔

لعنت کا پہلا اثر

کچھ دنوں بعد اکرم کے گھر میں عجیب حادثے شروع ہو گئے۔ اس کا اناج گلنے لگا، مویشی بیمار ہو گئے، اور کھیتوں میں فصل سوکھ گئی۔ اکرم حیران تھا کہ یہ سب کیسے ہو گیا۔ لوگ اسے کہتے:
 “یہ سب اس ماں کی بددعا اور اللہ کی لعنت کا نتیجہ ہے۔”
 مگر وہ ہنسی اڑا کر کہتا:
 “یہ سب اتفاق ہے۔“

 تنہائی کا عذاب

وقت گزرتا گیا اور اکرم کی دولت کم ہونے لگی۔ دوست احباب ساتھ چھوڑ گئے۔ گاؤں والے بھی اس سے دور رہنے لگے۔ لوگ کہتے تھے کہ اس کے پاس بیٹھنے سے بھی برکت ختم ہو جاتی ہے کیونکہ اللہ کی لعنت اس کے ساتھ ہے۔
 اکرم جو کل تک دوسروں پر ہنستا تھا، آج خود تنہا اور محتاج ہو چکا تھا۔

 خواب کا سبق

ایک رات اکرم نے خواب میں دیکھا کہ وہ ایک اندھیرے کمرے میں قید ہے۔ وہاں سے ایک آواز آئی:
 “اکرم! یہ اندھیرا تمہارے لالچ، ظلم اور دوسروں کے حق مارنے کی وجہ سے ہے۔ اللہ کی لعنت تم پر اتر چکی ہے۔” اگر تم نے توبہ نہ کی تو یہ اندھیرا تمہاری قبر تک ساتھ جائے گا۔
 اکرم چیخ کر اٹھ گیا۔ پسینے میں شرابور وہ ڈر کے مارے کانپ رہا تھا۔

لعنت سے بچنے کی کوشش

اگلے دن اکرم نے فیصلہ کیا کہ وہ اپنی زندگی بدل دے گا۔ سب سے پہلے اس نے یتیم بچے کو اس کی زمین واپس کی اور اس سے معافی مانگی۔ پھر اس نے اپنے کھیتوں کی پیداوار غریبوں میں بانٹی۔ آہستہ آہستہ گاؤں والے بھی اس پر اعتماد کرنے لگے۔ لوگ کہنے لگے:
 “دیکھو! جب اکرم نے ظلم چھوڑا تو اللہ نے اس پر سے لعنت اٹھا لی آور رحمت نازل فرما دی۔“

بچوں کے لیے سبق 

اس کہانی سے بچوں کو یہ سبق ملتا ہے کہ لعنت کبھی بھی ہنسی مذاق کا لفظ نہیں بلکہ ایک سخت بددعا ہے۔ اگر ہم دوسروں پر ظلم کریں، ان کا حق ماریں یا اللہ کے حکموں کی نافرمانی کریں تو یہ اعمال اللہ کی لعنت کو دعوت دیتے ہیں۔ مگر اگر ہم توبہ کریں، دوسروں کے ساتھ نرمی اور انصاف کریں تو اللہ کی رحمت ہم پر نازل ہوتی ہے۔

نتیجہ

قوم سبا پر اللہ کے عذاب کا واقعہ قرآن پاک میں بیان ہوا ہے۔ یہ قوم یمن کے علاقے مآرب میں آباد تھی۔ ان کے پاس زرخیز زمینیں، بہتے چشمے اور سرسبز باغات تھے۔ قوم سبا کے پاس دو بڑے باغ تھے جو ہر طرف سے سونے کی طرح چمکتے اور خوشبوؤں سے معطر رہتے۔ لوگ ان باغات سے پھل کھاتے، کھیتوں سے اناج حاصل کرتے اور میٹھے پانی سے اپنی ضرورتیں پوری کرتے۔ قوم سبا پر اللہ کے عذاب کا واقعہ ہمیں یاد دلاتا ہے کہ خوشحالی کے باوجود شکر گزاری نہ کرنے والی قومیں آخرکار تباہ ہو جاتی ہیں۔

 واقعہ بتاتا ہے کہ اللہ نے انہیں امن و سکون، بہترین موسم اور خوشحال زندگی عطا کی۔ مگر اس کے باوجود وہ شکر گزار نہ بنے۔ وہ غرور اور تکبر میں مبتلا ہو گئے۔ انہوں نے بت پرستی شروع کر دی اور اللہ کے نبیوں کی نصیحتوں کو جھٹلا دیا۔ قوم سبا پر اللہ کے عذاب کا واقعہ اس بات کی مثال ہے کہ جب انسان اللہ کی عطا کردہ نعمتوں کو بھول کر ناشکری کرتا ہے تو اس کی خوشحالی ختم ہو جاتی ہے۔

قوم سبا پر اللہ کے عذاب کا واقعہ اور سد مآرب (بند)

قوم سبا پر اللہ کے عذاب کا واقعہ اس بند سے بھی جڑا ہے جسے “سد مآرب” کہا جاتا تھا۔ یہ بند پانی ذخیرہ کرتا اور ساری زمین کو سیراب کرتا تھا۔ قوم سبا نے اپنی زراعت اور باغات اسی بند کے ذریعے قائم رکھے۔ لیکن جب وہ اللہ کی نافرمانی میں بڑھ گئے تو اللہ نے ان کے بند میں شگاف ڈال دیا۔ ایک خوفناک سیلاب آیا جسے قرآن مجید میں سیل عرم کہا گیا۔ قوم سبا پر اللہ کے عذاب کا واقعہ ہمیں بتاتا ہے کہ جب اللہ کا غضب آتا ہے تو بڑے بڑے محکم نظام اور مضبوط بند بھی ٹوٹ جاتے ہیں۔

قوم سبا پر اللہ کے عذاب کا واقعہ قرآن پاک میں

قوم سبا پر اللہ کے عذاب کا واقعہ سورۃ سبا کی آیات 15 سے 17 میں بیان ہوا ہے۔ اللہ تعالیٰ فرماتا ہے:

ترجمہ: سبا کے لیے ان کے مسکن میں نشانی تھی: دو باغ دائیں اور بائیں طرف۔ (کہا گیا) اپنے رب کا رزق کھاؤ اور اس کا شکر ادا کرو۔ تمہارا شہر پاکیزہ ہے اور تمہارا رب بخشنے والا ہے

مگر قوم سبا نے انکار کیا، تو اللہ نے ان پر سیل عرم بھیجا اور ان کے باغ کانٹوں اور جھاڑیوں میں بدل دیے۔ قوم سب پر اللہ کے عذاب کا واقعہ قرآن کی اس آیت سے واضح ہوتا ہے کہ ناشکری ہمیشہ تباہی کا سبب بنتی ہے۔

قوم سبا پر اللہ کے عذاب کا واقعہ اور ان کی بربادی

 واقعہ یہ بھی بتاتا ہے کہ سیلاب کے بعد ان کی بستیاں اجڑ گئیں۔ سرسبز زمین بنجر ہو گئی اور باغ کانٹوں سے بھر گئے۔ وہ قوم جو اپنی خوشحالی پر ناز کرتی تھی، بھوک اور تنگدستی کا شکار ہو گئی۔ قوم سبا پر اللہ کے عذاب کا واقعہ ہمیں یہ سکھاتا ہے کہ غرور اور تکبر انسان کو پستی میں دھکیل دیتا ہے۔

قوم سبا  کا واقعہ بیان کرتا ہے کہ سیلاب کے بعد وہ قوم ایک جگہ نہ ٹھہر سکی۔ وہ چھوٹے چھوٹے گروہوں میں بٹ گئے اور مختلف شہروں میں جا کر آباد ہو گئے۔ یمن سے ہجرت کر کے کچھ لوگ شام گئے، کچھ عراق، اور کچھ حجاز کے علاقوں میں جا بسے۔ ان کی ایک مضبوط اور خوشحال سلطنت اللہ کے حکم سے بکھر کر رہ گئی۔ قوم سبا پر اللہ کے عذاب کا واقعہ آنے والی نسلوں کے لیے عبرت ہے۔

“اگر بھوت نے ہمیں پکڑ لیا تو کیا ہوگا؟”
گلہری چیخی:
“میں تو ڈر کے مارے سو بھی نہیں سکتی۔”

لیکن بندر بادشاہ مسکرا کر بولا:
“ڈرنے کی ضرورت نہیں۔ بھوت ہو یا کوئی اور چیز، ہم اپنی عقل سے اس کا مقابلہ کریں گے۔”

بھوت اور بندر بادشاہ کا سامنا

اگلی رات واقعی بھوت سامنے آ گیا۔ اس کی آنکھیں انگاروں کی طرح جل رہی تھیں اور وہ زور زور سے آوازیں نکال رہا تھا۔ جانور درختوں کے پیچھے چھپ گئے، مگر بندر بادشاہ اپنی جگہ کھڑا رہا۔

بھوت نے زور سے کہا:
“ہا ہا ہا! میں سب کو کھا جاؤں گا، سب میرے غلام بن جائیں گے!”

بندر بادشاہ نے ڈرنے کے بجائے قہقہہ لگایا اور کہا:
“ارے بھوت میاں! اتنی بڑی بڑی باتیں؟ پہلے آؤ میرے ساتھ ایک کھیل میں مقابلہ کرو۔ اگر تم جیت گئے تو ہم سب تمہارے غلام، ورنہ تمہیں ہمیشہ کے لیے یہاں سے جانا ہوگا۔”

بھوت حیران ہوا۔ اس نے سوچا یہ چھوٹا سا بندر مجھے کیسے ہرا سکتا ہے؟ لیکن غرور میں آ کر مان گیا۔

پہلا مقابلہ:
بندر بادشاہ بولا:
“چلو، درخت پر چڑھ کر دکھاؤ!”
بھوت نے بڑی کوشش کی لیکن بھاری جسم کی وجہ سے زمین پر ہی لڑھک گیا۔ جانور ہنسی سے لوٹ پوٹ ہو گئے۔

دوسرا مقابلہ:
“چلو، درخت سے چھلانگ لگا کر جھیل کے پار پہنچو۔”
بھوت نے زور لگا کر چھلانگ ماری، مگر بیچ میں پانی میں جا گرا۔ دوسری طرف بندر بادشاہ آرام سے ایک درخت سے دوسرے درخت پر چھلانگ لگا کر جھیل پار کر گیا۔

اب تیسرا مقابلہ رکھا گیا:
“چلو بھوت میاں! ناریل توڑ کر دکھاؤ۔”
بھوت نے زور سے ناریل پر ہاتھ مارا، مگر اس کے ہاتھ میں درد ہو گیا۔ بندر بادشاہ نے ہنستے ہوئے ناریل زمین پر پھوڑ کر دودھ پیا اور باقی سب جانوروں کو بھی پلایا۔

بھوت کی ہار اور سبق

اب بھوت کو اپنی غلطی کا احساس ہوا۔ وہ ہانپتا ہوا بولا:
“بندر بادشاہ! تم واقعی بہت عقل مند ہو۔ میں ہار مانتا ہوں اور یہاں سے ہمیشہ کے لیے جا رہا ہوں۔”

بندر بادشاہ نے مسکرا کر کہا:
“یاد رکھو بھوت میاں! ڈرانا آسان ہے مگر بہادری اور عقل سے جیتنا سب سے بڑی کامیابی ہے۔”
