گھر کی قدر کیوں ضروری ہے؟

ایک زمانے کی بات ہے کہ ایک چھوٹے سے گاؤں میں ایک لڑکا رہتا تھا جس کا نام عارف تھا۔ عارف ایک لاپرواہ سا لڑکا تھا جو کھیل کود میں بہت دلچسپی لیتا تھا مگر گھر کے کاموں  میں بالکل سنجیدہ نہ تھا۔ اکثر اپنے والدین کی باتوں کو نظر انداز کرتا اور کہتا: “گھر کی قدر کا کیا فائدہ؟ گھر تو بس رہنے کی جگہ ہے!”

عارف کا رویہ

 عارف اکثر اپنی چیزیں گم کر دیتا، کتابیں ادھر اُدھر پھینک دیتا، اور کمرہ بکھرا ہوا رہتا۔ اس کے والدین اسے بار بار سمجھاتے کہ گھر کی قدر کرو تاکہ سکون اور برکت قائم رہے، لیکن عارف ان باتوں کو ہنسی میں اُڑا دیتا۔

دوست کا مشورہ 

ایک دن عارف کے دوست بلال نے اس کے بکھرے ہوئے کمرے کو دیکھا اور کہا:
“عارف! تمہیں اپنے گھر کی قدر کرنی چاہیے۔ یہ گھر صرف رہنے کی جگہ نہیں بلکہ تمہاری عزت اور سکون کی پناہ گاہ ہے۔”
عارف نے قہقہہ لگایا اور کہا: “کیا گھر کی قدر سے کھیلنے میں مزہ بڑھ جائے گا؟”
بلال نے سنجیدگی سے جواب دیا: “ہاں، تمہارے والدین خوش ہوں گے اور دل کو سکون ملے گا۔”

حادثہ

چند دن بعد ایک طوفان آیا۔ ہوا تیز تھی اور بارش زوروں پر۔ عارف اور اس کے والدین گھر کے اندر محفوظ تھے۔ باہر کے درخت گرے ہوئے تھے لیکن ان کا گھر مضبوطی سے کھڑا تھا۔ اسی وقت عارف کے دل میں خیال آیا کہ واقعی گھر کی قدر کرنی چاہیے کیونکہ یہی تو مشکل وقت میں سب سے بڑی پناہ ہے۔

ماں کی نصیحت 

طوفان کے بعد عارف کی ماں نے پیار سے کہا:
“بیٹا! اگر ہم گھر کی قدر کریں، اسے صاف ستھرا اور مضبوط رکھیں تو یہ ہمیشہ ہمارا ساتھ دیتا ہے۔ گھر اللہ کی بڑی نعمت ہے۔”
عارف کو احساس ہوا کہ گھر کی قدر نہ کرنا کتنی بڑی غلطی تھی۔

 عملی قدم

عارف نے فیصلہ کیا کہ اب وہ گھر کی قدر کرے گا۔ اس نے اپنے کمرے کو صاف کیا، کتابوں کو ترتیب سے رکھا اور والدین کے کاموں میں ہاتھ بٹانا شروع کیا۔ اب وہ ہر روز کہتا: “گھر کی قدر کرنا میری ذمہ داری ہے۔”

محفل میں سبق 

ایک دن گاؤں کے استاد نے بچوں کو جمع کیا اور کہا:
“بچو! جو گھر کی قدر کرتا ہے، وہ والدین، استاد اور اپنے وطن کی قدر کرنا بھی سیکھ لیتا ہے۔”
عارف نے سب کے سامنے اعتراف کیا کہ وہ پہلے گھر کی قدر نہیں کرتا تھا مگر اب اس نے سیکھ لیا ہے کہ یہ سب سے بڑی نیکی ہے۔

عارف کا انعام

کچھ دنوں بعد گاؤں میں ایک تقریب ہوئی جہاں سب بچوں کو ان کی عادات کے مطابق انعام دیا گیا۔ استاد نے عارف کو “گھر کی قدر کرنے والا بہترین بچہ” کا خطاب دیا۔ عارف خوشی سے جھوم اٹھا اور والدین کی آنکھوں میں خوشی کے آنسو آگئے۔

نتیجہ:
